1. About AdCars.ch

AdCars.ch connects drivers with advertising campaigns that may place approved advertising foils or materials on participating vehicles. Businesses may also use AdCars.ch to request advertising campaigns.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

3. Driver participation

Driver participation may require identity or driver’s-license verification, an eligible vehicle, an accepted campaign assignment, and compliance with campaign instructions. AdCars.ch may reject, suspend, or end participation if requirements are not met.

4. Campaign requirements

Drivers must follow the campaign instructions shown in the app, including any requirements relating to installation, display period, proof photos, vehicle condition, or campaign completion.

5. Earnings and payouts

Campaign earnings are subject to the applicable campaign conditions and successful completion of required steps. Payout availability, timing, and amounts may depend on verification of campaign participation and submitted proof.

6. B2B campaign requests

Submitting a B2B campaign request does not automatically create a binding advertising order. Campaign scope, pricing, artwork suitability, timing, vehicle availability, and other commercial details may require confirmation by AdCars.ch.

7. Uploaded content

You must only upload files, images, artwork, and other content that you are legally entitled to use. You remain responsible for the content you provide and for ensuring that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

8. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, manipulate campaign participation, or use AdCars.ch for unlawful purposes.

9. Availability and changes

AdCars.ch may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. Features, campaign availability, and eligibility criteria may change over time.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AdCars.ch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and may request account deletion where available. AdCars.ch may restrict or terminate access where these terms, campaign rules, security requirements, or applicable law are violated.

Depending on how you use AdCars.ch, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, vehicle details, license plate, campaign activity, uploaded verification documents, support messages, and information connected with payouts or campaign participation.

We use personal information to provide and secure the service, manage accounts, verify drivers, prevent fraud, operate advertising campaigns, process support requests, calculate campaign participation and earnings, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

3. Driver’s-license documents

Driver’s-license files are used for account verification and are stored in private storage. Access should be limited to authorized users or administrators who require it for verification or support purposes.

4. Campaign and proof data

We may process campaign assignments, proof photos, participation dates, payout requests, and related records in order to operate and verify advertising campaigns.

5. B2B information

Businesses may provide company and contact details, campaign preferences, uploaded artwork, and other information needed to review or prepare a campaign request.

6. Support requests

When you contact Support, we may store your email address, name, selected topic, message, account identifier when available, and the status of the support request.

7. Service providers

AdCars.ch may use hosting, authentication, storage, database, analytics, email, or other technical providers to operate the service. These providers may process data on our behalf where necessary to provide their services.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account administration, security, campaign records, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Some records may need to be retained after account deletion.
